Experience became perspective.
Gal knows the founder’s seat from the inside: building with incomplete information, raising capital, expanding across borders, carrying a team and discovering that a successful transaction can begin another kind of transition.
His path to this work was shaped not only by building a company, but by loss, relocation, changes in belief, coming into faith and reconsidering what success meant. The visible company story was never the whole story.
During a period of deep reflection in 2022, that experience became a calling: to sit beside people navigating important chapters without separating business from identity, relationships, spirit or life. EWA grew from that recognition. Gal is a follower of the Way.

The name carries the philosophy of the work - not merely a visual identity.
Emerald represents clarity, renewal and growth. Wave represents resilience, energy and the movement of life through changing seasons. Advisors reflects the posture: walking beside people while leaving their decisions, agency and path in their own hands.
EWA also echoes Eywa from Avatar-an image of connection, trust, guidance and balance. It is a reminder that business, relationships, body, spirit, purpose and the world around us do not exist as isolated systems. What moves in one layer can affect every other.
